Application process

1 . Complete and submit the form on this page and provide the following documents:
• IPA Certificate of Incorporation
• Tax Registration Certificate
• Public Liability Insurance Certificate
• Brief company biography including a list of PNG tourism - related organizations of which your company is a current member
• Corporate membership applicants must submit all the necessary documents listed above to be
considered for corporate membership.

 

2 . When the Board approves your application, an invoice for the membership type (be it corporate or
associate) will be sent to you . Send the deposit/ transfer receipt once payment is made and PNGTIA
will send an official receipt to you as proof of payment received

 

3 . Once a financial member, you will receive copies of:
• Constitution
• Members Guide
• Code of Ethics

 

4 . New members details are updated in the following:
• PNGTIA Members Listing
• PNGTIA Website
• Newsletter, Facebook & Twitter – introducing new members

5. Fee Levels                         

CORPORATE MEMBER

Annual fee K800 

Validity: Jan 1 - 31 Dec 

To be considered for this membership, the organization must be:
•  A commercial tourism operator
that handles over 100 bonafide
visitors annually
•  A member of a respective
tourism sector association
•  A tourism association with 5 or more members
•  Airlines, hotels, tour operators,
private sector tourism
businesses and companies
including web-based tourism
operators, event management
etc

ASSOCIATE MEMBER

Annual fee K400
Validity: Jan 1 - 31 Dec

To considered for this
membership, the organisation or
individual must be:
•  A commercial tourism operator
that handles 50-99 bonafide
visitors annually
•  A member of a respective
tourism sector association
•  A tourism association with less than 5 members
•  Small tourism, hospitality and events operators, tourism
schools, bureaus, offices and
individual professionals,
tourism-related operators [arts,
crafts etc]
